OFRC is proud to announce its new fitness area located at court level of the indoor facility.  This multi-purpose room has everything you need to take your game to the next level.  Need to get back in shape?  Our facility can help you shed a few pounds or pack on some muscle.  Check in with Scott for an overview of the facility or a fitness assessment.  Scott can also customize a workout program to fit any level of player.

Morning Sessions - Monday and Thursday  8:30am

One hour circuit work-out with Jodi Wilcox, plus a 30 minute discussion / Q & A session on the topic of your choice.

1 Workout per week - $45 / month

2 Workouts per week - $65 / month

Performance Zone Training

As a certified Etechberry Trainer, Coach Scott has trained many of our local juniors to get that extra edge over their competition.  A combination of speed, footwork, strength training and conditioning is used to develop the complete tennis player.  While working out with Coach Scott, players have improved their quickness, become more efficient with their footwork and increased their overall power on serves and groundstrokes.  In addition, players are in better physical condition which aids in injury prevention and allows players to outlast their opponents.  If you are ready for the next level or need an advantage over your competiton, contact Coach Scott to schedule your personal fitness assessment.

Private training session - $20 per hour

Group training session - $10 per hour (class size is limited)

 

Youth Triathlon Camps

Experience one of the nation's fastest growing sports... the triathlon!  The camp's focus is to promote a healthy lifestyle through fun and sports.  All abilities welcome.  Instruction will cover:  swimming, cycling, running, nutrition, hydration, transition between sports, technique, safety & sportsmanship.

Session I      June 21-25     9:00 - 12:00

Session II    August 9-13    9:00 - 12:00

$105 per session:  includes camp, race, T-shirt and goody bag
